So the painting mojo continues at a pace with the 'Hrothgorns Mantrappers' ready to enter Beast Grave.
More after the cut.
First up it the big boss himself Hrothgorn.
More then happy to see if I can use him as an independent character in my Warhammer 8th edition Ogre army.
Even in the photo below taken before the majority of the edge highlighting was done the miniature looked great.
The little fellas below might just be my favourite.
All the Gnobblers were mostly painted with zenith sprays of a rattle can with some edge highlighting.
I do love the art work on the card but went with a deep brown to match the colour vibe of the entire Beastgrave setting.
These were an absolute please to paint.
Talking of pleasure to paint this bunch are up next. . . . 😍
Weirdly only the first picture shows up for me, although the figures do look great in that one.
ReplyDeleteHow does this guy size up to the original plastic ogres? Could he be used as is in an army?
Hopefully the technical difficulties have been sorted
DeleteThe same here! I can only see the first pic! (Which is damn good nevertheless!)

DeleteVery nice painting Riot, Hrothgorn and his friends would make smashing D&D adversaries: or an Ogre character for KOW. By way I can see all the pictures :-)
ReplyDeleteThanks man. My fault with the photos
