Full house at Riotville for Saturday night fights

The Action was fast and furious Saturday night with four in attendance.

First game I played my 'Gitz' deck against Shaggy and the new Snarlfang starter deck.

Lady Harrow's Mournflight

Despite an unrelenting work schedule I have managed to get the mournflight finished.

Sunday night fights; Dreadfane.

"She's behind you!"

This Sunday Shaggy and I cracked open Dreadfane.

I was a bit miffed when I bought this in eBay and then GW released the warbands anyway.

I paid a little over the odds for it but now I have played it I am more then happy with my purchase.

Underworlds; Ironsoul's Condemnors finished

So I made a point of walking out of work on time this week, I had to nearly stiff arm my line manager in the face on the way out as he tried to talk to me but I managed it.

This saw me manage to get home and actually do some painting yesterday.

90 minute Paint blast; Ironsoul's Condemnors

Work and life had been mental for the last couple of weeks and I decided I needed something finished in one sitting.

I gave myself 90 minutes on Sunday and cracked into the Condemnors from the 'Dreadfane' boxset.

Saturday night fights; razor tight games of Beastgrave

Three exceptionally tight games between Lee and I on Saturday with the final play of the cards swinging two of the three games. Brilliant stuff from a brilliantly designed game (and canny opponent)!

It's still years away but I'll take it.

If it gives lapsed players an excuse dust off old armies and return to the fold I'll embrace it. . . . .

And in the mean time Riotville LIVE will go from strength to strength!!
