With the 'Shortshank', Mordheim campaign heating up I was hard at work building terrain before the holiday.
Funnily enough the better my Marksmen get, the more terrain Kris insists on putting on the table. Go figure!
This is one of the original card buildings that come with the boxed Mordheim game I bought at 'Hate Con one'.
Just based it and used coffee stirrers to create floor boards and some Wills cobblestone sheets for the pavement.
Pleased with how it turned out and how the Elf blends into the terrain.
I figure I will have a go at the corner house included in the box or the tavern next.
Good stuff, man! Always enjoyed Mordheim/Necromunda - haven't found a game since that does the campaign style gang advancement thing nearly as well.
ReplyDeleteI missed Mordheim the first time round as I was not into wargaming at that time (my university years) but am forming a deep founded affection for this game and I have heard Necromunda is just as good.
DeleteThe Mordheim rule book is probably the most absorbing rulebook I have ever read.
Its a good model, I have it tucked away in a box and yes it got added too as well, just to give it more bulk. Its the building that got me making stuff, love it :-)
ReplyDeleteSo that means I will be knocking out four storey buildings in next to no time like you do . . . . . probably not but I can dream!
DeleteWell that looks seriously cool!
ReplyDeleteThanks.
DeleteConsidering it is an old card building and some coffee stirrers I am really impressed with how it turned out.
